Desiree is a mobile personal trainer and vinyasa yoga instructor servicing South West London. She comes from an extensive history of training having played different sports and has worked professionally as a contemporary dancer. Now turned personal trainer, she enjoys sharing her expertise with all whom she comes in contact with.
She specialises in body weight and functional training and for this reason her fitness programmes do not require a gym, or much equipment, which makes it perfect to train from home, in the office or in the Park. Her extensive training and study has lead to a holistic understanding of the body and how it can be trained and developed.
